Heat treatment for boiler steel plate SA533GrDcl3 shall be under quenched and tempered.Ultrasonice examination can be choose by the end users from ASTM A435/A435M,ASTM A577/A577M,ASTM A578/A578M which included Level A,B and C.

ASME SA533 Grade D Has excellent low-temperature impact toughness and mechanical properties, is typically used for environment - 100 ~ 196 ℃ low temperature conditions .Of 9% Ni steel is widely used in cryogenic separation processing, liquefied gas storage areas, such as a large vacuum low temperature storage of liquefied natural gas (LNG).
ASME SA533 Grade D is also a Quenching + Tempering steel material. ASME SA533 have four types A/B/C/D.
