16Mo3 steel is particularly suitable for pipe material for boiler, superheater tubes, hot steam pipes and collector pipes, stove tubes and conduits, heat exchanger and for purposes of the petroleum-refining industry. He can be used in continuous operation up to about 530 °C wall temperature.
