SA537 CL2 steel (
A537 Class 2) is a carbon-manganese-silicon pressure vessel steel with good low-temperature impact toughness. We provide ASME SA537 Cl 2 carbon steel plate machined part and cutting service. It is mainly used to make equipment and components such as reaction heat exchangers, separators, spherical tanks, oil and gas tanks, liquefied gas tanks, nuclear reactor pressure shells, boiler drums, high-pressure water pipes of hydropower stations, turbine volutes.
This
SA537 Cl 2 carbon steel product is having carbon, manganese, and silicon as their base elements. They are having high-temperature resistance and heat is treated using the quenched and tempered conditions. These plates are having higher residual strength. SA537 Cl 2 carbon steel plates are also having higher yield strength and higher tensile strength. This product is also good for the welding purpose as they are welded and machined in the annealed condition. It can also resist pitting and cracking and also it can resist oxidation corrosion and wear corrosion. They can also resist moisture and air corrosion.
