ASTM A533 Grade C steel is a kind of material for boiler and pressure vessel steel. ASTM A533 Grade C steel is used above all for manufacturing boilers, pressure vessels and pipes transporting hot liquids.
Manganese-molybdenum-nickel alloy boiler steel plate A533GrCCl1 contains a higher Nickel comparing with A533GrBcl1, A533GrBcl2 and A533GrBcl3. Pressure vessel steel plate A533 Grade C cl1 owned minimum yield point at 345 Mpa, and tensile strength within 550-690 Mpa. The minimum elongation shall be above 18%.
Now Katalor offer A533GrCcl1 boiler steel plate under heat treatment Quenched and tempered and Ultrasonic examination according to ASTM A578/A578 Level B.
