S420N is weldable fine grain structural steel, general requirements for arc welding of the steels specified shall be as given in EN 1011-2.Compare the S355N, S420N steel grade has more yield and tensile strength.Generally used in heavily loaded parts of welded structures such as, bridges, flood gates, storage tanks, water supply tanks, etc., for service at ambient and low temperatures.
