Q355NC steel plate cutting
Q355NC steel plate cutting refers to the use of natural gas flame (oxygen-natural gas) to preheat the cut metal to a burning point that can burn violently, and then release a high-pressure oxygen stream to further oxidize the metal and blow off the slag produced by combustion to form an incision process.
Steel plate cutting methods include flame cutting, laser cutting, wire cutting, shearing machine, plasma cutting, pressurized water cutting, etc.
The cost of flame cutting equipment is low and it is an economical and effective means of cutting thick metal plates, but it has its shortcomings in thin plate cutting. Therefore, thick plates are generally cut by flame.
Q355NC steel plate smelting method: the steel is smelted by converter or electric furnace, and can be refined outside the furnace if necessary. Unless the buyer has special requirements and is indicated in the contract, the smelting method is generally chosen by the supplier.
