1. The butt joint of high-strength alloy steel plate adopts manual welding electrode arc welding. The groove of high-strength alloy steel plate adopts multi-layer through welding method, the electrode is not allowed to swing, the thickness of each layer shall not be greater than 3mm, and the temperature between layers is controlled at 120-150℃. To expose the weld metal during root removal, mechanical methods such as grinding wheels or rotary files must be used to remove the roots.
2. The butt weld of high-strength alloy steel plates should ensure that the edges of both sides of the weld are covered with the base material by 2 to 4mm, and the weld reinforcement height is not more than 2mm. The width of each weld should be less than 10mm.
3. At both ends of the weld, a lead-in and lead-out high-strength alloy steel plate with the same material, thickness and groove form as the base material should be added to ensure the quality of the end welding.
4. In addition to the base and cover layers of the butt weld, the weld is allowed to be hit with a wind shovel to release the stress, but the oil and water in the high-pressure wind shall not be brought into the welding zone when hitting.
