The choice of boiler pipe material depends on the application environment, temperature, etc.
If it is a low and medium pressure environment, then you need to use low and medium pressure boiler pipes. The implementation standard for low and medium pressure boiler pipes is GB/T3087-2017, the working pressure is generally not more than 5.88Mpa, and the working temperature is below 450°C. Low and medium pressure boiler pipes are used to manufacture various low and medium pressure boilers, superheated steam pipes, boiling water pipes, water wall pipes and superheated steam pipes for locomotive boilers, large smoke pipes, small smoke pipes and arched brick pipes. The main materials are 20#, Q345B, etc.
The executive standard of high-pressure boiler pipes is GB/T5310-2017, the working pressure is generally above 9.8Mpa, and the working temperature is between 450°C and 650°C. High-pressure boiler pipes are mainly used to manufacture superheater pipes, reheater pipes, air guide pipes, main steam pipes, etc. for high-pressure and ultra-high-pressure boilers. The main materials are: 20G, 20MnG, 25MnG, 15CrMoG, 12Cr2MoG, 12Cr1MoVG, 12Cr2MoWVTiB, 10Cr9Mo1VNb, SA210A1, SA210C, SA213 T11, etc.
