10CRMO910 steel Heat treatment
Normalizing : 900 – 950 oC + air cooling
Tempering: 740 oC + air cooling
Stress relieving: 700 oC + furnace cooling
10CRMO910 steel Corrosion resistance
Ralloy 2218 has a fairly high temperature oxidation resistance up to 550 oC due to the 2 % Cr content. Scaling temperature is approx. 600 oC.
